Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We keep clients motivated by building relationships and understanding their goals. Our bikes are designed to develop your abdominal, bicep, and tricep muscles along with your legs. You will also burn on average 20% more calories compared to stationary bikes.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
We like to use all different genres of music. We will use classics, techno, rock, country, hip-hop, dub step, and more. Also we take request from our clients on the music they like so we can continue to build classes that you want to attend.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
We want everybody to be able to have fun and make an effort. As long as you are trying, you will continue to improve.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We have 10 RealRyder Bikes that turn, tilt, and lean as you ride, providing the fluid sensation of an outdoor road bike. As you move through an expanded range of dynamic, functional movements, you get a more comprehensive, functional total body workout with special emphasis on activating essential core muscles.
