Do not waste your time here. Do not think Groupon will solve any issues either. The rides are geared towards 8 and younger and most of them aren’t running. The games are so old, dirty and broken. Good luck winning prizes because they are super pricey. It’s gross here. The bathrooms are nasty, the front entrance is not handicap friendly. My daughter was so disappointed she chose this place.

My daughter loved it ! The staff needs a refresher on customer service and manners when it comes to assisting customers especially when dealing with the public on a constant basis ! But overall my daughter’s birthday was enjoyed by her and her guests (she’s 4 by the way).

It was a fun experience overall. The games were enjoyable—especially laser tag—and you get enough points to play for hours. The food was decent. The downside is that around half of the machines weren’t working, the prices were a bit steep, and the ticket rewards aren’t great unless you save them over time on the same card. I’d rate it a 3.5 out of 5.

Do not go here unless you love dirty places, broken games, pee smell, and your kids ages 11/14 are to old to ride anything
At least that’s what we got told. I tried getting a refund and Groupon wouldn’t help me just their robot. Now my poor kid is having the worst birthday.
