The waiting room is outfitted with a TV, cozy fireplace, and plenty of magazines, and the team keeps drinks on hand to offer to guests. That serenity continues throughout appointments, whether they're routine cleanings, teeth-whitening sessions, or corrective procedures.
Dr. Larry Schmakel leads the team in tending to teeth with more than 27 years of experience in addition to a doctorate in dental surgery from Ohio State University. But he doesn’t content himself with that—he partakes in continuing education, both as a student and a mentor. Dr. Schmakel is a member of the Cerec Faculty Club at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, a continuing-education facility. He's also a member of the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Tooth Fairy’s scout troop.:m]]
