Derma-rolling procedure is amazing. Janet is a great practitioner and I highly recommend her for ANY skin treatments!

She is the rudest women I have ever met. I wouldn't buy any other services so she immediately was awful to me and said "thanks for wasting her time". She is awful....I'm so upset by her treatment.

Janet was very rude in how she handled my situation. She actually accused me of trying to have my eye poked with the needle. How ridiculous is that...ugh. Her tone of voice throughout the process was less than pleasant. She obviously has never encountered someone with very sensitive eyes and simply has no understanding that these situations may arise as well as how to deal with them.

I did not know about Lily Aesthetics until I saw the Groupon. Janet is very nice, reassuring and professional. I plan to see her again for more treatments.
