The instructor has no personality and the location was dirty. The only reason we purchased the groupon because my son expressed an interest in learning the guitar and we didn't want to invest alot of money until we knew he was going to like it and stick with it. So the groupon was made available at the right time for us. I feel like the owner/instructor had no desire to teach my son. He had another instructor teach without notice. He just didn't show up to his last lesson and didn't bother to call to cancel. We stood outside his studio and waited for him. My son was very disappointed. The owner to this day has not called to apologize for his lack of professionalism.
