My voucher got expired and the store in East Greenwich closed. I thought I would be able to use the value I another Orange leaf store. I was wrong In my surprise. The employee said I can not and she redeemed all of my 5 voucher in place of one beginners cup of Orange leaf frozen yogurt.

I had a Groupon that, unfortunately, had expired 4 days before I had gone there, so I knew the promotional value would no longer be valid. I did, however, expect the value I paid for the Groupon would never expire as outlined on Groupon, but the owner of this location said they would not accept it because it expired. Think I will go to Cold Stone creamery form now on.

The employee there was very rude and disrespectful because we were using a groupon. He gave us a hard time and embarrassed us in a now-growing line. He accused us of "Screenshotting" the voucher to take advantage of it etc. I bought 3 of them and the experience was so bad, I didn't even bother going back for the other two. I just let them expire. Totally awful experience.
