It's very important to give all the facts while writing a review. You called to make an appointment 2 weeks before your 2 facials expired. We booked both appointments when you called, with the last one being the day they expire, that is why they were 10 days apart. You had 4 months to make an appointment, waiting till the last minute doesn't leave much time to get in two facials. When you walked in 20 mins late, you quick burst out you were going to be out of town and couldn't make the next appointment, yes I did say we would reschedule, because I wasn't thinking that your Groupon expired the day of your next scheduled appointment, I was thinking we need to get your facial started because you were 20 mins late and we only have 55 mins left to do a 75 min facial and we still had to do forms and a consult since you were a new client. It wouldn't be fair to my next client to run 20 mins over into her appointment because you were late. So we had to do a short facial that you dubbed not very good, it was as much as I could get done in the time allowed. When you arrived I said that we would get done what we could in the short time span we have. When you purchase Groupons at a discounted rate there are stipulations, two of which are: you can have this discounted price but you must use it before the expiration date and if you don't you can use the amount paid towards the full price service. Those are the terms you agreed to when clicking purchase. It's frustrating to me that I held up my end of the bargain and did what I was supposed to according to the terms of the Groupon, yet I get a bad review due to your schedule, last minute scheduling and being late.
