Regardless of the weather outside, it’s always summer inside Luxe Tans’ modern salon. After mocha-hued walls greet visitors in the reception area, a series of coppery, sunbaked tiles leads to the salon’s collection of powerful UV tanning beds; these decorative hues serve as a preview of what one’s skin may look like after just a few tanning sessions. Though a wide selection of lotions moisturize and protect skin from drying out under UV rays, clients can forsake exposure altogether by opting for a custom airbrush tan or a soothing dip in molten gold.
