I loved the class , the experience. It was my first time taking a class & Jen was very friendly & helped me through the class . It was relaxing yet it felt great to do something for myself and my wellbeing. I loved her extra touch at the end of the class the lavender spray, very nice. The atomosphere was cozy , clean & comfortable. I like that it was a small class for my time.
