On the phone I was told that they were too busy to honor the highlights portion of the certificate I had purchased. I was down to the wire, thus I had to accept the deal. While getting my haircut I heard the owner tell a client in the next chair that they weren't busy at all. Ouch!! I liked the shop and Karen who did my hair, but I won't be returning because of that comment.
