They were ready for my car when I arrived for the synthetic oil change and the experience was very pleasant. I look forward to doing more business with Autobahn

I bought it because it was implied to be $17 for an entire oil change. They merely applied that amount to a $50 oil change and I had to pay the difference, so there was no discount at all. This defeats the purpose of Groupon and I will not use Groupons in the future if merchants are allowed to have "fine print" like that. Those things should have oversight.

Charged extra for "supplies" and a oil filter. Made my girl friend uncomfortable. Said that they tested my car battery but it dead two weeks later. I won't return.

Charges were added to the Groupon and it seemed that this could be done in every case, especially given the nature of the service (car tune-up / repair)
