The trainers at TREO Sports & Fitness work with seasoned athletes as well as clients of all fitness levels to help them achieve their fitness goals, from improving their game to staying in shape. Athletes looking to improve their performance in specific sports get a customizable fitness plan that takes into account fitness level as determined through regular testing and assessment, as well as physiological strengths and weaknesses. In addition to forming training around athletes’ goals, the trainers also consider their schedules, accommodating competitions and mental and physical fatigue from events. Sports performance training is available for athletes aged 10 and older, as are movement-efficiency assessments to make sure they aren’t overexerting themselves while running through late-for-class anxiety dreams.
In addition to sport-specific programs, the trainers also lead classes for general fitness, such as boot camps and fitness training, using the facility’s sweeping outdoor fields and weight room.
