Bad service, not professional. Didn't even deliver on what the description of "spa" pedicure. Worse than a regular cheap pedicure.

Appointment was required, but very hard to make appointment. First I was told they were remodeling and to call back in a week or so. I called several times during business hours and no one answered. One time I called and the person who answered could not speak English. Today was my appointment at 10:00am and no one came to open the door until 10:35am. Person doing work was fine, but too hard to deal with Valentine Nails.

The place is seedy and the cost of the groupon is more than the regular cost of a mani-pedi. It could have been a polish change. They did nothing to pamper the feet or hands
