About Sake Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

The talented hibachi and sushi chefs at Saké Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar freshly flip, cut, and roll all of the meals they serve. Elegant blue lighting washes over a capacious menu that caters to variable tastes with more than 30 dexterously crafted sushi rolls, such as the spicy-crunchy-tuna roll, yellowtail-scallion roll, and the large dining-room-carpet roll. In-table hibachi grills set the stage for fast-handed chefs to perform theatrical flips and flourishes as they prepare grilled, aerodynamic meals featuring chicken, shrimp, or steak, all accompanied by a festive trio of soup, salad, and fried rice.

As hungering eyes look upon dexterous feats of cooking, elegantly modern décor beckons forth diners' appetites with clean lines, glossy surfaces, and ancient Edo-period hedge-maze maps.

The restaurant has been renovated, but it was dirty and smelled funny. The bathroom is disturbingly dark.

Horrible experience. Service was terrible. They were out of alot of items at 6:00 pm on a Friday night. The chef was the only good part of the meal!

The only positive experience of this place was the cook was really good with his tricks. On the negative side, the hostess (who I think may also be the owner or manager) has no knowledge of what customer service looks like in America. We had an issue with the use of our Groupons and the this person was most unpleasant and unyielding. She won the battle, but lost the war. If the intent of the Groupon was to get us in the door and become repeat customers, she epically failed. I would recommend she visit her competitors at Sal's or Sumo to see what quality customer service looks like. My money is Sake will be out of business here pretty soon. And they should be.
