They treat each garment with care, emphasizing dry cleaning as a means of protecting vivid colors and gently reviving fabrics, just as a prince's kiss gently revives a sleeping CPR dummy.

In addition to prompt dry-cleaning and laundry (or more leisurely next-day pickup for items dropped off after 9 a.m.), the staff also does alterations, repairs clothing and shoes, or cleans area rugs, among other services. Wedding-gown cleaning and preservation protects special dresses from the effects of time and mouths of moths jealous that they're never asked to be a bridesmaid.

The owner told me my groupon was expired and I couldn't use it but I told him the value of what I paid $15 is still good. He didn't know what he was talking about and finally let me use it.

I bought the ”cleaning & preservation of a wedding gown” for $99. It expired but I thought I could still use the $99 for any service there, as indicated in the rules on my groin voucher. However, when I took my dress in, I found out that I could only use the $99 toward the cleaning & preservation of the gown, which would cost me another $100, which I was not planning on spending. So, instead of using the $99 from my groupon, I will sadly let it go to waste instead of spending more money.

If you are trying to attract new customers with a Groupon offer you should train the staff on how to deal with Groupons. The lady who helped me was very sweet, but basic math and language skills were not her strengths. I will never return to the business. It was by far the worst Groupon experience I've ever had. I feel like I get riipped off, rather than getting a good value.
