A-1 Detailing & Pressure Wash, Winston-Salem

The Detailing work was good but when scheduling, I had to call the number several times and no one ever responded. I then had to search the internet to find A-1 to see if I could find additional contact information. I was able to find an email address for A-1 and scheduled my service but would have been much easier if someone would have returned my calls from the beginning.

Scheduling was a bit tough, but they did an outstanding job. Perhaps a website to schedule online?

Arrived about 45 minutes late with no phone call to us to advise they were running late. Excuse was they had to return to office to get something but they should have called us. We have a schedule too! Initial inspection was OK but next day we discovered several spots on dash board they missed and tire shine was not evenly applied. Did a fairly good job on carpet and upholstery. Sent 2 guys but one did 90% of the work. Service was not all that great so probably would not recommend to anyone.

Guys did a great job! Will use them again.
