We were there Thurs. the 16th with the September Days Senior group of 25. The tables were set but beyond that you would never have known that you were expecting us. The restaurant was grossly under staffed. There must have been only one cook on duty because it took almost 2 hrs to complete our meal. This is so bad. I have been to Big Bear Lodge before, always with the same result. Slow service and excuses for mistakes made in the kitchen. It appears that your business is strong but for the life of me I don't know how. Cold food, poor service.

Salmon dill soup and Lakeside Whitefish Is a big favorite of mine! Highly recommend!
