Chattanooga Guide

Nestled in the mountains of Tennessee, Chattanooga offers many sights, attractions, and dining options for residents and visitors alike. This Chattanooga guide highlights some of the hottest locations in the city that people won’t want to miss. People can explore the outdoors and find Chattanooga things to do whether by land, water, or air. The Booker T. Washington State Park offers mountain biking trails for people of all ages and all skill levels. The park is open year-round for cyclists, hikers, and campers who wish to explore the natural scenery and wildlife that the Tennessee Valley has to offer. People looking for other outdoor things to do in Chattanooga may enjoy hitting the water for rafting, tubing, or leisurely fishing. Outdoor folks can enjoy more than 50 miles of scenic beauty along the Tennessee River which also offers rapids for rafting and kayaking as well as hundreds of species of fish. The largest hang gliding school in the country is located in Chattanooga. People from all over come to Lookout Mountain Flight Park to view the Appalachian Mountains from 2,000 feet above the ground. With this guide to Chattanooga, people will learn about some of the most popular and unique restaurants to grab a bite to eat. The Back Inn Cafe is found in the Bluff View Art District in downtown Chattanooga. This is one of the best Chattanooga deals because along with a diverse menu, the restaurant offers romance and scenery by having a dining room and seating that overlook the Tennessee River. 212 Market Restaurant has a solid reputation for providing quality food in an entertaining and laid-back atmosphere. The restaurant always has soft music playing in the background, and in the evenings, the atmosphere is dimly lit with candles and linen on every table. Both restaurants have menus that change with the seasons and give patrons a chance to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Half-Day Ocoee River Rafting Classic Middle Adventure for Two
This whole outfitter is great. Staff is wonderful, property is awesome, you can camp onsite. Our guide, Leon, was AWESOME and told us a lot of fun facts about the river as well as letting us do extra fun tricks while paddling. Everyone was nice, it was super safe, and we even did it in the rain! (Which actually made it very moody and pretty in the Cherokee forest) can’t wait to do it again already planning the next trip.

Wonderful experience. Jake was knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’m 48 years old and have never gotten a massage prior, but Jake made me a believer. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be booking (for full price) in the future. Thank you for opening up a new world of experience for me.

Service was prompt, efficient, personable and professional. Even noted that engine air filter did NOT need replacement instead of arbitrary replacement.
