Alma Yoga
Unlike many yoga studios, which focus on just one style of yoga—such as Bikram—Alma Yoga teaches classes inspired by various styles, including Kundalini, Flow, Ashtanga, and Hatha. And classes that are supposed to follow one style might not even do that because instructors such as Kelly Damon, a certified Vinyasa instructor who teaches most of Alma's classes, rely on poses from multiple disciplines. Kelly focuses primarily on teaching the Principles of Movement to help beginner through advanced students connect to themselves through breathing and proper alignment.
