For those fixed on hanging a fang on a creative slice ($5/specialty slices, $10/one-topping personal pies, $20/one-topping large pizzas), eclectic toppings dance on a savory crust fresh from the wood-stone oven. Start with one of 10 sauces, such as pesto or curried coconut, then dress the circular creation with protein-rich ingredients such as lamb, blackened chicken, or pine nuts. Plucked plantables include pineapple, potatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms, and specialty ingredients, such as blue crab, scallops, and prosciutto di parma, may also be applied to doughy canvases for an additional charge.
