Students attend four 60-minute initial foundations classes, where certified coaches demonstrate the proper execution of CrossFit exercises while gradually acclimating them to the intensity levels of regular group classes. After completing the four-class introduction, students can join in on group classes throughout the week. During these one-hour sessions, groups warm up and practice techniques before undergoing high-intensity routines as upbeat music spurs them on.
