The coaches at CrossFit Wild keep boredom at bay by injecting workouts with new routines and exercises each day. One day they'll throw bear crawls into the mix, the next they'll get students flipping tires. It's all part of the boot-camp system, which is focused on functional exercises designed to prep students for all physical activities. Through CrossFit Wild's wild body boot-camp course, students learn these functional exercises as well as how to increase core strength, coordination, agility, and endurance. The boot-camp also provides nutritional guidance as well as accountability for students' health and fitness goals.
