Instructors lead students through a quintet of one-hour pole fitness classes once a week, introducing students to sensual choreography that incorporates turns, spins, and jumps. During the Pole Fitness 1 and 2 courses, the teacher introduces newcomers to foundational steps, and during the intermediate- and advanced-level courses, she acquaints them with more challenging choreography composed of inversions and climbs.
