For three days prior to the appointment, women complete a food diary to log their nutrition history. A registered dietitian then reviews the information, along with their medical history and favorite pronunciation of “potato,” in a one-hour consultation, creating customized guidelines for meal planning. During the one-hour fitness assessment, a certified personal trainer evaluates strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, and recommends goal-specific exercises.

DermaCenter Medical Spa

Inside the Rittenhouse Women's Wellness Center, DermaCenter Medical Spa is an oasis for women who want to improve the appearance and health of their skin without going under the knife. Dr. Leslie Saltzman and her team of female physicians and aestheticians specialize in the science side of the spa experience. They work toward achieving the best results, whether it be smooth, wrinkle-free skin after an injection of Dysport or flawlessly complected legs after spider-vein removal. And because their treatments aren't invasive, most require little to no downtime and allow clients to get back to their normal lives.
