Fitness on 7th

At Fitness on 7th, enthusiastic instructors create their own choreography for their high-energy Zumba class—a major reason the studio was named Best Place to Get Your Zumba On in 2012 by City Weekly. The booty-shaking moves create sculpted bodies as participants follow along with rhythmic Latin music. Classes are offered seven days a week, so clients can fit classes into their schedule or get their Zumba on every day.
