She holds Power Pilates on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Alternately, she helms a fitness routine that combines easy-to-follow dance moves with kickboxing drills in Power Kick Dance classes that meet every Saturday at 11:45 a.m. She holds sessions on Evolve Personal Fitness and Gym’s outdoor deck and plans to schedule a wider variety of classes in the near future.
