$79 for Five Weeks of Adult French Classes ($159 Value)

The Language Salon’s custom approach teaches French grammar within the context of conversation, and from the beginning, instructors encourage students to respond in full sentences. Native language speakers teach the classes, and they also give insights into the language’s origin and culture. The Salon operates with the understanding that each student learns differently, and instructors, trained by founder François Thibaut, alter each class according to students’ needs. See the current class schedule here, under the languages tab

The French Language Salon

Seasoned language instructor François Thibaut founded The French Language Salon, and he personally trains all of the school’s native foreign-language instructors. Thibaut, who has been teaching foreign languages to adults for 40 years, draws from experience of working with many age groups, having also established Manhattan's Language Workshop for Children in 1973. The school accommodates all levels of students, and their curriculum teaches grammar within the context of conversation. Ultimately, instructors can help students speak and think in their chosen foreign language, allowing them to spontaneously respond in complete sentences.

In a Nutshell
