Because of the heat, students in drop-in hot yoga classes, which are offered in varieties such as bikram, vinyasa, and power, achieve deeper stretches and poses atop the maple hardwood floors, burn more calories than in regular yoga classes, and rid their bodies of toxins through sweat. Guests also receive the benefits of regular yoga classes, such as stress relief and toned muscles and midsections. Sessions are set to soothing music that cascades from the Dolby digital surround-sound system, and students can observe their poses in mirrored walls that stretch across 60 feet. Classes range in length from 60-90 minutes.
