Until scientists develop a weapon potent enough to destroy gravity, wrinkles and falling coconuts will continue to serve as humbling reminders of our delicate mortality. Bide your time until gravity's overthrow with today's Groupon: for $139, you get 20 units of Botox at Golla Center for Plastic Surgery's Fox Chapel or Mt. Nebo Commons locations (a $300 value).

Helmed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Dinakar Golla, the staff at Golla Center for Plastic Surgery help reduce the appearance of unwanted facial lines with Botox injections. Among the most commonly performed cosmetic procedures in the U.S. and during the seventh-inning stretch at baseball games, Botox treatments deliver a series of small injections containing a purified chemical derived from the bacterium clostridium botulinum. Muscles relax as the Botox intercepts messages from nerves that tell muscles to contract. Over time, the overlying skin tends to smooth as result of the decreased muscle activity, which may fade the appearance of wrinkles, crows'-feet, and swimming-goggle imprints.

Most of Golla Center's patients report only minimal discomfort akin to a bug bite from the injections. Effects last three to four months, and desired results typically take four treatments per year to maintain. Additional units are available for $15 each.

Botox may cause serious side effects that can be life threatening, including problems swallowing, speaking, or breathing. Read all safety considerations for Botox here.
