The month of classes includes before and after fitness assessments and an orientation fee. Up to 50 students participate in ever-varied workouts led by certified instructors. An initial fitness assessment helps the staffers suggest custom training approaches to each client, and weekly check-ins ally with MyZone heart monitor–based training to track progress. After class, attendees receive an email that details that day's performance based on their target heart rates. All exercises can be modified to suit different strength levels, so guests of all backgrounds are welcome.

Kosama
