DETAILS: I would NOT recommend La Femme. I have no doubt her photos are amazing but if you cannot book an appointment it doesn’t really matter. I bought a boudoir package from GROUPON over a year and a half ago; I booked a shoot four different times since then and was canceled on each and every time. I have since asked for a refund (which was more than the original coupon because she had a price increase sometime this year and I paid this through paypal). She is very hard to get in touch with and you (the customer) must be incredibly persistent to get a response. I was canceled on first for bad weather (she only shoots with natural light), next for a sick mother…legitimate right? The last two times I called to confirm (since we had established a history of canceling and I was driving in from out of town); the third time when I called she said she was out of town and sick with an upper RI….good thing I called! Via text we made a forth appointment for this December. However, I never got a confirmation on this date. I texted and emailed her multiple times to confirm, I did finally get a response that she needed my phone number to look up my information to confirm. I replied back to her with my number within hours and have never heard from her again. The date has come and gone and I have still heard nothing. I have emailed and texted her for a refund with no response.”
