About Murder Is Served, a Division of Mystery on the Menu
The characters in Barbara Fox's original shows literally spring to life off the page, just in time to be murdered. Whether held as a public performance or commissioned for a private show, Mystery On The Menu productions challenge audience members to take a hands-on approach to solving the crime. And they should take an interest in the investigation—after all, they might be the culprit and not even know it. Attendees will be given lines to read, and must take on the responsibility of piecing together clues, interrogating fellow party members, and polygraph-testing the tablecloth themselves. Each interactive play ends with the apprehension of an unsuspecting guest, who remains unaware of their character's murderous truth until the fictional cuffs latch.
