Progressive Krav Maga

With no rules and no belt system, Krav Maga—the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces—is based on the idea that an opponent is beatable even when they're bigger and stronger than you. At Progressive Krav Maga, the only official Krav Maga Global Affiliate school in New York state, the instructor is Henoch Otero, a retired New York City cop who taught fellow officers the moves of his beloved fighting form. These days, he teaches students Krav Maga's basic protective and sparring moves during classes, helping them learn how to protect themselves and give very intimidating hugs.
