Basic Pistol Training instills the fundamentals in grip, stance, trigger control, and other areas. Continuing education classes cover more nuanced areas, such as drawing a handgun and defensive shooting drills. Click here for more information on each class.
Protection First CCW
An active-duty officer with the Detroit Police Department, Jeff Banks helps students of all levels of marksmanship obtain a state Concealed Pistol License, also known as a CPL or CCW permit. With that aim, he teaches the Michigan CCW/CPL Training Class that, in addition to imparting the basics of operating a handgun, covers methods of non-violent conflict resolution.
