Spice Street Studio

Spice Street Studio's veteran fitness instructor, Kelly Thrall, channels her experience in sports, fitness, and dance fields to captain festive Zumba workouts. Latin music thunders through the studio as guests of all ages and skill levels motor their hips and focus more on fun than on perfect technique or how many maraca-wielding entourage members follow them around. The cardio-dance workout sets hearts thumping in time with intuitive moves and can tone diverse muscle groups. Kelly also supplies her students with towels and water before leading a scavenger hunt to the nearest disco ball, whether it's buried in sand or not.
