Trainers construct new routines for each session, refusing to let client's muscles adapt to the exercises. They focus on functional movement, functional strength, and functional power in their workouts, a tactic which not only strengthens muscles but also teaches people to use their bodies healthily. They request that clients provide their own dumbbells, exercise mats, and bottles of water for class. They hold sessions five days a week at five different locations around town, for easy client access.

The GetFit Nation

Jeremy D. Jackson holds three distinct certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, from personal trainer to corrective exercise specialist. He understands not only how to build muscle and burn fat, but how the musculature and skeleton should work in concert to keep the body healthy. He puts this knowledge—honed over eight years in the fitness industry—to work in The GetFit Nation's outdoor boot camps held at locations all across Dallas.

Jeremy and his trainers alter their prescribed regimen daily, increasing the rate of calorie consumption and muscle growth by refusing to let their clients' bodies adapt to repetitive motions. Though comprised of an every-changing array of exercises, each complete regimen builds the body's abilities for functional movement, strength, and power.
