Urban Oasis Yoga Studio

At Urban Oasis Yoga Studio, the rules of etiquette are simple: take off your shoes, be present, and breathe. The classroom is a warm, converted factory space with exposed brick and dark-stained hardwood floors. Here, instructors dip from student to student, providing gentle corrections to form as they oversee sessions in Vinyasa Flow, hot yoga, or inventive classes that integrate dance or Christian prayer. Beyond the simple execution of poses, instructors want students to take the lessons of each class home with them in the form of improved posture, attention to the breath, and more limber Pictionary performances.
