The menu includes such entrees as homemade ravioli with butter-sage sauce, homemade Italian lasagna, fresh ahi tuna, fresh salmon, and Colorado-raised rack of lamb, along with a selection of five desserts that include semifreddo, crème brûlée and sicilian cannoli.
