Zoeli Pilates

If you want to perform Pilates as Joseph Pilates originally envisioned it, Zoeli Pilates may be the place for you. The facility's instructors adhere to classical Pilates techniques during their Reformer and Tower classes, helping students strengthen their cores while increasing flexibility, coordination, and spatial awareness. To help personalize practice, they even schedule private, one-on-one sessions, as well as semi-private sessions, which can be made more private if both participants wear blindfolds. To complement the core-strengthening workouts, Zoeli schedules other classes such as spin, yoga, Zumba, and ballet barre.
