Thoughts on Hotel Indigo Anaheim STAFF: This staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful. John at the front desk was really sweet and really accommodating. He was able to check us in early and we really appreciated that. Alicia was also amazing and went above and beyond to help us with whatever question/issue we had. Mohammed was super nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job as well. The staff here is the highlight of this hotel. They were all so professional and super friendly.  LOCATION: We picked this hotel because of the proximity to Disneyland and we were able to walk to and from the park easily. It is about a 15 minutes walk. On our last day at Disneyland we decided to take Lyft/Uber because we were too tired, but you can definitely walk to and from the park if you do not want to take a Lyft or Uber.  There is a CVS and Walgreens a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel as well.  AMENITIES: This hotel has an on-site laundry room that guests can use and is open 24 hours. This is extremely convenient when you are traveling with kids. Other hotels in the area do not have a guest laundry room and will charge you $18-20 a piece.  The restaurant on site is actually pretty good, but we just wish they opened more hours instead of only the morning and evening time.  We did not use the pool, but it is nothing special.  FINAL THOUGHTS: The hotel is a bit dated. The AC in the room is way too loud and there was a weird smell at times when the AC was not on. It is dated, but it is clean. No issues with cleanliness. The elevator is also very slow and there is only one for the entire hotel. It's definitely time for a renovation. We did not mind these issues because we were there for Disneyland and just needed a clean place to sleep. The best part of this hotel is the staff.

Good location, noisy hotel This hotel is a short 15 minute walk to the main gate at Disneyland. As with most hotels in the area, my expectations aren’t very high. Most seem pretty tired and beat up. First, the positives. Comfy bed and quite clean. But the negatives… First, the layout is weird. The bathroom is at the back, by the small window. The bed is 3 feet from the door. The one small window makes the room seem very dark. Second, there was a horrible smell coming from the sink drain. And third, it is noisy!! Floors are laminate, which is cleaner than carpet, and I understand that. However, we heard every step of the people above us (who may or may not have been running laps or playing sports up there). Hallway noise is excessive, and because it’s so poorly insulated, you hear everything. Lots of restaurants near by, which is great. But I’d still try somewhere else next time.

Exceptional comfort and service at Indigo Had a wonderful two night stay. Parking was an obstacle but easy to figure out. Checkin was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby and in walking distance to Disneyland. Nothing short of wonderful.

The Best staying. I always choose this great Hotel. Is close to everything. Underground parking and lock. Great people great personnel. Great staff. Great rooms. Friendly people. My room always clean and organized. Great housekeeping. Friendly. And ready to help you.

Bring your earplugs! Ugh! We wanted to love this hotel, but it started rough and never really improved. When we arrived, they tried to overcharge me for the room I had booked. Luckily I had the confirmation from the IHG website. I was able to send it to them and after some time they were able to correct it. Although they were not full they were charging people who arrived before 4 pm a 30 dollar early check in fee. The second issue is the noise in the room. OMG is it LOUD! The floors in the room are wood and you can hear everything above and below and to the sides of you. It was impossible to relax during the day due to noise. When we talked to the desk about it they said all the rooms are loud. The hotel is also pet friendly which led barking dogs all day and all night. We could hear them in the room, hallways, etc. I love dogs but not dogs who bark constantly. I feel the hotel should have addressed this. It’s close to Disneyland, about a 17 minute walk to the main gate bag check at a pretty quick pace. The room was clean. No breakfast included. I’m a platinum member and this does not live up to the other hotel indigos I have stayed at. I would pick a different hotel in the future. If you choose to stay make sure you verify the charges when you check in and bring your ear plugs!
