Average Motel not bad, not good....get what you pay for I guess. A lot of homeless people around, breakfast limited but good location for checking out old town/down town/mid town Sacramento. River and SMUD Science Museum within walking distance. Price was good.

Not what I was expecting... This property is conveniently located near Downtown off I-5. But that's about all the good I have to say. The desk clerk was probably the least friendly person I've met at a hotel. The room was barely furnished... A bed, a sort-of couch, a small microwave oven, and a decent refrigerator. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and I certainly didn't sleep well. The biggest disappointment was the "complimentary breakfast". No protein, no eggs, no juice, no fruit, a few yogurts, some unappealing muffins, a couple of dry cereals, and a waffle maker. I would not stay here again.

we rushed in overpaying Picture a la Ruscha. In reality a prison like motel in some respects. Locked door and elevator for discreet and safe access from the parking place. Overpriced possibly because of social events in town. The room was adequate but the bureaucratic basement zero breakfast completed the mistaken choice. Two streets up there are better and more salubrious solutions.

Would not recommend. This hotel is clean but the hallways smell of marijuana. The walls are paper thin (bring earplugs). We could hear the baby crying in the room above us like it was IN our room. The toilet is super low (like a child’s toilet). The breakfast was yogurt, toast, waffles and oranges. Very sparse. Staff is not friendly. The surrounding area has a lot of homeless and drug users. Not the best area of town. We didn’t feel comfortable walking our dog in the evening.

STAY AWAY!! This place is terrible, especially for $100/night. If you like the smell of weed and rap music going deep into the night this place will be for you. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 more and get a nicer place. The room also smelled strongly like smoke even though it’s supposed to be non- smoking.
