I've been to Key West numerous times over the past 28 years. It's difficult to tell what is what if you come here and don't have anyone local to explain things. I brought a friend on the train this time, because it's the best way to see the neatest locations and hear current and historical stories important to Key West. The train has shade, which is nice.
