Taking its name from the Korean term for "grilled meat," Gogi Gui Korean Grill specializes in seared beef and pork crafted in traditional and fusion styles. Headed by Chef Saya Xiong, the culinary team whips up classic entrees such as short ribs slathered in housemade galbi sauce. Like all the grill's traditional entrees, the ribs arrive accompanied by four banchan??or sides??including soybean sprouts and pickled cabbage coated in spicy pepper seasoning.
