Great communication with the vendor. I contacted the vendor on Oct. 1 @ 10:41 PM with a small issue and within less than 24 hours I got a response at 3:08 AM on Oct. 2, with clear instructions. And it was very helpful and now my product is working perfectly.
My experience with Smell Home Sweet Home was wonderful. There was a mix up with my time slot however they were still able to come to my home later that evening. Jamie put so much love and care into cleaning my space. I am so pleased with this service and will be using it again.
