This was my first time taking a crossfit class. I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. But from the first day that i went to class EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. I immediately felt like I could do it. I enjoyed the class so much that I went 5 days a week. I even went on a Saturday because I enjoyed the classes so much. They challenge me and help me to see results in one month.

CC is great and very flexible. She motivates and pushes you to get the results you want. She also uses a lot of things in your home to help you work out with even if you don’t have equipment and trust me, you will feel the burn. I would recommend working with her!
