i realize now that it is a franchise, so I'm only speaking for that site in Albany, Ca. - the place was very shabby, didn't seem busy. The waiting room was dirty, freezing, uncomfortable and smelled from body odor of one of the 2 mechanics - awful and overpowering. I went across the street to taco bell to wait! On the positive side - for my oil change, my car was ready in only 25 minutes.

The business wasn't open all hours stated on their own website (for example, not open on Sundays and had a shorter day on Saturdays), they couldn't make or keep appointments, because they miscalculated their capacity, it ended up being first-come, first-serve kind of deal for the volume of customers they could not handle, and I would've never made it there if I didn't get an unexpected day off in the middle of the week. Service was sub-par, I was not greeted when I got there and spent about 10 minutes wandering around the place looking for an employee. If I had good experience, I would not hesitate to come back, but after this I won't. The person servicing the car was nice and fast though.
