Let me preface with the staff is very kind-nothing about them directly but I would never come here again..was taken 35 min after my appointment time, wrong backdrops got used and the pictures came out horrible..one or two out of the whole session were passable. I was also floored when they tried to get me to buy a $650 package. Never again

The photographer that we got was good. The only bad part was the wait. Our appointment was for 4:15pm thinking that our toddler could eat dinner by 5 or 5:15. Unfortunately, we weren't brought back until 5:20, finished with the photo shoot around 5:45, then completed our order around 6:15pm. I had not expected a 2-hour ordeal, and everyone was hungry and crabby.

Our photographer, Elizabeth did a great job. My only suggestion is that you notify customers in advance of the additional charge for a group of eleven people.
