Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. It can induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well being.

Gyrotonic is a complete system of exercising: it articulates your joints, improves the flow of energy through the body, stimulates acupuncture points, builds stamina and strength and improves health. This method is practiced on a mat and chair, without equipment. It utilizes specialized equipment to guide, assist, and challenge the exerciser.
