Disaster First I made my appointment over two months in advance and they called to even confirm but then told me the day before that she was double booked and they couldn't take me until an hour and a half later Then when I got there it was unlike any spray tan experience ever No lotion to protect hands and feet from getting orange, I had to ask her if I could have a disposable under garment She automatically started spraying and I had to ask if there was just one color option, apparently there was just onethen when she was done she said I could get dressed and I had to ask her if I should wait since I was wet(there was no fan)she seemed surprised at the questionthen she said she'd meet me at the front and wasn't even there And to think I still tipped 20%I could have lived with the terrible customer service if it wasn't for the fact that I am horribly streaky and orange today My hands are the worst, but my face and body look horrible, and I can't figure out how to get it off before my event that I leave for tomorrowdisaster

The salon itself is beautiful but the mani/pedi were subpar and the lady kept wiping her nose without washing her hands and blowing on my nails...not very hygenic. I did mention this to the receptionist and suggested putting anti-bacterial gel next to the lady and she stated they would do so...so hopefully that will help, a bit.
