I ordered a table in May that was supposed to only take 2-3 weeks to deliver. Called 4 weeks later and found out that it had not yet been shipped from a warehouse in CA. So, it was going to take another 2-3 weeks to ship by ground transportation. Called 3 weeks later because I hadn't heard anything and the table was still in transit. The store rep assured me it would be there in another week and promised to call. When I hadn't heard anything 2 weeks later, I called again and they said the table would be in the store the next week. I was so fed up, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. The store rep argued with me over the phone (and was supposedly fired). Another rep tried to offer me a discount but I was too fed up by then, so they agreed to give me a full refund. It took another 4 weeks and 3 more calls to finally receive my refund. Horrible experience! I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this store.

I ordered a full bed frame from the catalog that wasn't in the store. It looked exactly like it did in the picture and I got a great deal with the groupon! However, they cancelled my delivery without telling me, so make sure to call often to check in
